1.Who we are
This website is operated by VESPOS PRODUCTION, 71 Waterkant, Cape Town, Western Cape 8001, South Africa (Reg. No. 2026/562747/07). You can reach us at any time at info@vespos.co.za. VESPOS PRODUCTION is the responsible party for personal information processed through this website under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
2.What we collect
By default, nothing. This site has no accounts, no checkout, no contact forms, no analytics and no tracking cookies. Your age-gate confirmation is stored only in your own browser (localStorage) so the gate does not reappear on every page — it is never transmitted to us.
If you choose to email us, we process the personal information you send — typically your name, email address and the contents of your message — solely to respond to your enquiry.
3.Lawful basis
Under POPIA we process personal information lawfully, minimally and with your knowledge. Email correspondence is processed with your implied consent and in our legitimate interest of answering business enquiries. You may withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete the correspondence.
4.What we never do
We do not sell personal information. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent. We do not profile visitors, and we do not share correspondence with third parties except as required by law.
5.Third-party services
This site is hosted on Vercel and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Serving the pages and fonts necessarily exposes technical request data (such as your IP address) to those providers under their own privacy policies. We use no other embedded third-party services.
6.Your rights
Under POPIA you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Email info@vespos.co.za and we will respond. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
7.Retention and security
Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to the systems under our control.
8.International processing
Vercel and Google may process technical data outside South Africa. By using this site you acknowledge that such transfer is inherent to how the website is delivered.
9.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows the latest revision; material changes will be reflected on this page.
